I agree with the author because it is neccesary for the government to review gun laws to make it a bit more safer for everybody else. I agree with the author because of what happened in littleon colorado april 20 1999, they should have made revisions after that school shooting or at least tried. the school shootings in both places had the same outcome both shooters were mentaly ill and killed people because of that and then took their own life. adam lanza had a syndrom called asperger's syndrome which affected his mind making him do things he never would have done. The other two killers eric harris and dylan klebold ploted to kill atleast 500 people but after an hour they went phsychotic and started to kill each other.
All three shooters did not have criminal records is what the authorities said and they never expected for them to have committed a masacre because of their mental illness. Adam lanza was known to be a timid person and never did anything bad so they never expected for him to kill his own mother, 20 children and 6 teachers at sandy hook elementary before killing himself. the other 2 shooters were obssessed with making a point to everybody that they would do whatever they wanted and not care in the end. So thats why i agree that gun laws should be more restrictive so something like this will be less unlikely to happen.
