pigs fished from shanghai river

hundreds of pigs have been fish out of the river why? Because some people in a village upriver are dumping them in the river because hundreds die each day and have no where to put these pigs because each month thousands are dead because of a disease common to pigs. The officials say that it would still be safe to drink the cities tap water even though there is dead pigs in the river. Farmers in the village have their pigs all together so when one gets sick the rest follow along making it hard to trace what pig started it. In Shanghai by law farmers are suppose to dispose of the pigs properly but not many farmers do it.So thats why most people think that the tap water might get polluted and might cause harm to the citizens.So thats why I agree that the authorities should do something to get the water good instead of having citizens go crazy about it
